IV Sedation is suitable and safe for most people and is effective for any dental procedure you may undergo, placing you in a relaxed and sleep-like state whilst remaining conscious.

At Harley Day Surgery, IV Sedation is carried out with our highly skilled and compassionate team of clinical experts, nurses and anaesthetists. They work in a collaborative fashion to ensure you undergo care and support in a comfortable and pain-free environment.

Harley Day Surgery is a licensed Day Hospital, achieving National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) accreditation in November 2021 along with ISO 9001 Certification from one of Australia’s leading certification bodies, Global Mark. Harley Day Surgery is also a member of Day Hospitals Australia.

Accreditation is recognition Harley Day Surgery achieves a high level of safety and quality in the provision of care to its patients. Whilst NSQHS accreditation is a requirement to hold a licence to operate Harley Day Surgery, Harley Day Surgery underwent additional assessment for ISO 9001 certification. The combination of audits provides the assurance of a lean and efficient delivery of services within a framework of quality and safety, producing optimal patient outcomes for both the clinician and patient alike.
