  • Yes, you can bring a friend or family member to your appointment.

  • Whilst most of our patients are referred to us by their general dentist or a medical professional, it is generally not required to schedule a consultation with a Harley Dental consultant. A referral made online or on paper is simply preferred because your regular dentist or medical professional can explain your dental situation and needs.

    Should you wish to seek a consultation with a Harley Dental clinician without a referral, please contact us on (08) 8239 0000 and we can assist in directing you to the clinician who best suits your needs.

  • Harley Dental offers interest-free payment plan via DentiCare.

    As a convenient way for you to budget, DentiCare Payment Plans are simple, flexible and are tailored to suit you. They allow you to spread out the cost of your dental treatment and pay for it over time in regular and affordable instalments. There are no complicated finance contracts, no credit checks, or any interest to pay.

  • Prior to treatment commencing, you will receive an estimate of fees and available payment options for your proposed treatment. Fees will vary widely depending on your individual treatment plan and will be discussed in detail with you. Click here for more information.

  • Please confirm your level of hospital admission coverage (if applicable) with your health insurance provider prior to admission. If you have any queries once you have spoken to you provider, please contact our team for any questions related to your treatment.

    For patients with private health insurance
    At Harley Day Surgery, we have tier 2 agreements in place with all of the major private health funds, allowing us to submit claims on your behalf. In your pre-admission forms, please include the correct health fund information. We will call your health fund in the days leading prior to your admission to determine your level of hospital coverage, whether any waiting periods have been served, and whether any out-of-pocket payments are required (excess or co-payment).

    Some Day Hospital procedures may be restricted or prohibited from certain levels of coverage. If you have any questions after seeing your specialist or dentist, please contact your health fund.
    You will either need to know the item number for your procedure(s) or tell them you’re undergoing dental surgery.

    Work Cover or a Third-Party Claim
    If your treatment is covered by Work Cover or a Third-Party Claim, please send us the complete claim details, including a letter from your insurance company or case manager acknowledging responsibility for the admission.

    No Health Fund Cover?
    We will give you a written estimate of all hospital fees if you don’t have private health insurance. All fees must be paid at the time of admission.

  • Harley Day Surgery has adopted a digital Pre-Admission system, which enables patients to complete their primary Pre-Admission paperwork online prior to arriving for your procedure. This ensures that on the day of your procedure that the majority of forms have been pre-completed, ensuring the admission process is as smooth as possible on your arrival to Harley Day Surgery.

  • Harley Dental and Harley Day Surgery is located within the North Adelaide Medical Hub at 63 Palmer Place, North Adelaide. Traveling to and from Harley is easy for patients, visitors, and staff. Our facility has free on-street 2hr parking bays both on Palmer Place and surrounding streets.

  • To collect a patient from Harley Day Surgery, enter through the gate located at 175 Ward Street, North Adelaide SA 5006. Drive up to the large grey gate and use the intercom on the right-hand side to gain access. After the gates open, make your way to the patient pick-up bay. Then, walk up the ramp on the right-hand side and knock on the door where the recovery team will greet you.

  • To refer a patient, please complete an online referral or download a referral form. If you wish to have a referral pad posted to you, please contact us on (08) 8239 0000 or email us at reception@harleydental.com.au so we can arrange this for you.
