Referrer Information
With extensive clinical knowledge and experience in treating some of the most difficult cases, Harley Dental provides patients with integrated and comprehensive treatment across a range of dental fields. Depending on the specific oral health needs of the patient, we can provide care and support spanning Prosthodontics, Dental Sleep Medicine, Oral Pathology and Orofacial Pain.
Our team of practitioners are some of most respected and reputable specialists and clinicians in Australia and are well-known for our interdisciplinary attitude towards patient care. This means we not only address patient needs, but we also recognise that you need timely updates on your patient’s progress from the treatment we provide, to support you in your ongoing care for the patient.
Clinical findings, treatment proposals and treatments are carried out with transparency and are planned and agreed to in conjunction with the patient and their referrer. We always welcome and are happy to discuss cases and address any concerns that you may have, whenever required.
Following completion of treatment, your patients will be advised to return to your care for their ongoing dental treatment and maintenance. We take our responsibility in your patients care very seriously whenever a patient is referred.
Refer a Patient
To refer a patient, please complete an online referral or download a referral form. If you wish to have a referral pad posted to you, please contact us on (08) 8239 0000 or email us at reception@harleydental.com.au so we can arrange this for you.
Once we receive your referral, we will contact your patient within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
With over 100 years of combined experience, we are passionate about sharing what we have learnt providing contemporary and clinically relevant continued education for optimal patient care and management.
Our team of expert clinical team are active members of a number of societies, academies and associations and deliver education at a local, national and international level to fellow practitioners from the wider dental and medical profession.
